FLAT WHITE
A less personified espresso is the flat white. When people of Australia and New Zealand preferred less foam in their coffee it gave in to the technique of FLAT WHITE. However the basic brew is still the same- “espresso two shots with foam”. Though its origin is from down south, its popularity rose all over the world such as in the US and Canada and the sales percentage has gone upto. Well, while examining the rate of increase in its popularity it’s soon expected to bring the latte down in the near future.
SWEET COFFEE
Not so variant from Indian coffee, decoction with sugar and milk and toppings that are of desired such as chocolate syrup whipped cream or foam. As in the past most of the world hailed black coffee, this mix of coffee, milk and sugar served better for their taste. Colloquially termed as MOCHA this type of coffee gravitated favouritism all over the world for the past few years.
BUTTERED COFFEE
Adding oiliness to your coffee? Sounds weird but people do add them as they are saving them from caffeine crashes. The source is either butter or MCt oil. A longer energy boost, and aiding in reducing the appetite and an improved complexion are its medical highlights. This coffee is still under review at many coffee shops but it’s gaining muscle due to its weirdness alone. Enjoying the goodness of butter with less effects of caffeine seems to be a proven taste in 2020.
COLD BREW
If you think it as iced coffee you are wrong. They are of another genre, as this spoon of coffee decided to be a cold brew coffee when it was a bean. Even the most casual of coffee drinkers are familiar with the cold brew at least by name alone. Being a successful menu order from 2017 to 2018, they raised the sales percentage upto 85 percent. Maybe its richness, less acidic nature and bitterness have sworn its success as they dethroned iced coffee in 2017.
